1. How do I book Bubble House Hire for my event?

  • Booking is easy! Simply visit our website and have a chat with us using our website Facebook messenger service  or alternatively fill out the booking form. Our team will get in touch with you to discuss the details.

2. What is included in the Bubble House Party Hire package?

  • Our package includes the rental of the bubble house, expert staff supervision throughout the event (not included in the overnight or evening packages), 30 minutes of setup and 30 minutes of pack away time, and the option to customize balloon colours to suit your event's colour scheme.

3. Can I customize the balloon colours inside the bubble house?

  • Absolutely! We offer the option to tailor the balloon colours to match your event's colour scheme, adding a personalized touch to your celebration.

4. What events can I book a bubble house for?

  • Our bubble houses are perfect for a variety of events, including birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, dinner parties, romantic star-gazing experiences, and more. Contact us for personalized event options.

5. Is staff supervision included during the entire event?

  • Yes, our professional DBS certified staff is present throughout the event for the Party and Wedding packages, ensuring everything runs smoothly and you can fully enjoy the celebration. For the evening and overnight packages we give you freedom and privacy once we have set up. We will then come back to pack away at the end of the booking.

6. How long is the setup and pack away time included in the hire?

  • We require 30 minutes for both setup and pack away, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for you. This is included in the allotted time of the booking so a 3 hour hire will include a 30 minute set up and a 30 minute pack away leaving you with 2 hours of fun in the Bubble House.

7. Can I book Bubble House Hire for events outside Cheshire, Nottinghamshire, North West, and East Midlands?

  • Absolutely! While our primary service areas include Cheshire, Nottinghamshire, North West, and East Midlands, we are open to discussing bookings for events in other locations. We charge travel at £1 per mile for any venue outside of a 50 mile radius of Nottingham or Chester. Contact us for more information.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. A deposit of £75 is needed to secure the booking. Details will be provided during the booking process.

9. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

  • Cancellation and rescheduling is possible but for a cancellation the deposit will not be refundable. We do not charge for a reschedule as long as it is more than 30 days away from the originally booked date. This gives us time to rearrange our schedule.

10. Where can we set up then Bubble House?

  • The Bubble house has to be set up on a flat, level surface with no pot holes of obstacles. A patch of grass or turn or concrete or pavement is fine. We will not set up on uneven surfaces suck as rock, or gravel or on dirty surfaces suck as mud or dirt.

11. What happens in bad weather?

  • Due to legal reasons we cannot set up if weather conditions are unsafe. This means rain and/or high winds etc. If you have an indoor space then this doesn't matter but if you are planning on using the Bubble House outdoors then we highly recommend you have an indoor backup. If the Bubble House hire has to be cancelled then the deposit will not be refunded and if we have already arrived at the venue the full hire amount will still be due.

12. How is the Bubble House Powered?

  • The Bubble House is powered from a power outlet that we will require to be available on the day and within 20 meters that we can run a safe extension cable from. If this is an issue we can provide a generator for additional cost of £25 an hour as long as we have prior notice.

13. How much space do I need?

  • The bubble house itself is 6m x 4m. Please make sure the area is adequate for the bubble house. The space required is 7m x 5m and a clear height of 4m. If we arrive and the area is not suitable for any reason, we will not be able to set up and you will loose your booking and payment/deposit.

14. How many people can go inside the bubble house at a time?

  • The recommended capacity for the bubble house is 5 to 6 people at a time. This is to ensure good air flow. It is the responsibility of the hirer to assist the supervising staff in maintaining the Bubble House rules.

15. Does it get hot inside the Bubble House?

  • The Bubble house has constant airflow inside so never feels too hot, however we do highly recommend that is is set up inside or an area with shade and to avoid direct sunlight if possible.

16. Can I pay for additional hours?

  • Yes! We charge additional hours at £50 for parties with 1 supervisor and £100 for wedding events with 2 supervisors.

17. What are the Bubble House Rules?

  • No Shoes in the bubble house (socks on preferred)
  • No messy items such as silly string, party poppers, confetti or confetti balloons
  • No face paint or henna
  • Only 5 to 6 people at any one time in the Bubble House
  • No Pets
  • No Sharp objects
  • No Food or Drink
  • No Rough Play
  • These rules are in place to avoid stains and damage to the bubble house. Please be aware that the customer/hirer (named person on the booking form) will be liable to pay for any cleaning, damages or replacements required due to damages made during the booking.

18. Full Cancellation Policy for Bubble House Hire

  • A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required to secure your booking.
  • If cancellation by client occurs within 24 hours of the booking, the deposit will be retained, but the final balance will not be due.
  • Once we arrive at the location, the full amount of the booking is still due even if the Bubble House can not be set up for any reason including weather conditions or inappropriate set up space.
  • In the event that Bubble House Hire needs to cancel for reasons beyond the client's control, the full deposit will be refunded.
  • Please note that Bubble House Hire will be unable to operate in medium to heavy rain and high winds for safety reasons. Gentle / light rain and gentle wind can be worked through.
  • Although the Bubble House Hire staff will do their best to supervise and enforce the Bubble House Rules, it is ultimately the clients responsibility to make sure that the rules of the Bubble House are followed and are responsible for any damage or cleaning charges that occur due to the rules not being followed.
